Every semester, all members must fill out our consent, waiver, release and indemnity agreement form prior to participating in any of the Friends of the Family events. Forms can be submitted to any of the officers.
UH Manoa's Women's Center
"The Women’s Center is committed to providing personal and academic support for the success of women and LGBT students at UHM. The Women’s Center provides crisis and referral services, connecting individuals with on and off campus resources for intimate partner violence, sexual assault, legal aid, and other emergency needs. The Women’s Center has a resource area with free informational brochures and flyers from a variety of university and community organizations. The Women’s Center also provides support for student run programs, events, and clubs."

Counseling & Student Development Center
"Counseling and Student Development Center (CSDC) offers an array of services to meet counseling and testing needs among students, staff, and faculty of the UH Mānoa campus. Their multidisciplinary staff includes psychologists, psychiatrists, graduate-level therapists, and counselor trainees. It is their mission to uphold excellence in quality of care that is respectful to the socio-cultural diversity of our clientele. The CSDC offers walk-in, individual, and group counseling, as well as career and psychological assessments. Student Parents At Manoa (SPAM)
"The Student Parents At Mānoa (SPAM) program is here to support, encourage and mentor student parents as they pursue their degrees in higher education. SPAM seeks to increase the visibility of and resources for student parents at UHMānoa as they pursue education while parenting. They honor and respect the juggling act student parents perform daily to combine family, work and school. SPAM is located within the UHM Women's Center in QLCSS #211, Center for Student Services. Drop by and visit them or use the comfortable lounge."

University Health Services Mānoa
"The University Health Services Mānoa (UHSM) is the on-campus health facility for students. It provides general medical clinic services on a walk-in basis, 8:30AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Fridays (see below for hours of operation). Physical examination, sports medicine, Women’s Health Clinic, dermatology, mental health service, and nutritional counseling are available by appointment. There is a clinical laboratory and a pharmacy on-site. Fees are reasonable, and most insurance plans are accepted. The Health Promotion program is located at the Queen Liliʻuokalani Center for Student Services building and includes general health education, peer education and outreach, student health insurance information, and alcohol/other drug education, screening, and brief intervention.
